Tyndale House is a theological centre for Biblical academics from around the world. They provide research opportunities and resources, and enable established and budding scholars to learn from and participate in their findings, as well as making their academic work accessible to anyone who is interested in Biblical studies.
We were approached to provide consultancy services whilst a senior member of the staff team was on maternity leave, to offer support and direction for the communications department in their absence.
We met regularly with their Communications Manager, reviewing their current aims and objectives, refining their key messages and helping them establish clear personas to engage with their community more effectively, as well as advice on website development and social media engagement.
Karen provided insight and advice when we needed it, particularly on messaging and personas. She helped steer our conversation and get us thinking more strategically, to join up our comms and fundraising efforts, and engage with our community more effectively.
